On May 7, 2021, during a time of prayer at a women’s event at my church, I received the Psalm 34:8 verse. Not fully understanding why or what it meant, I asked The Lord for clarity and hid the verse in my heart.

About six months later, my church was planning a Merry Market event and asking vendors to sign up. I instantly knew that I wanted to participate. I had dreamt of having my own business for years, but could never figure out what I should do… I always said, “I need to do something with my hands!”

After some thought, I recalled how much I enjoyed baking as a child and the desire I once had to learn about decorating cakes. When deciding what to call my business, the Holy Spirit prompted me with the verse I had tucked away! It was such a sweet confirmation from The Lord.

I made my bakery exclusively gluten-free and artificial dye-free to help those with food sensitivities and allergies. I believe everyone should be able to enjoy a treat and not compromise their health or goals. 

Taste & Sea Bakery officially launched in December 2021. We attend vendor events in the East Texas area and serve our customers through individual and custom orders.
